Each part A, B, C can be sized in height (or in width, Saturne model) following a rating in the order. Theses ratings may be used either from the ground or from the seiling and the sum of the parts must be equal to the total height of the door.
Custom door frame (option)
Custom made to your specifications, the door frame to mount that open doors in a place where there is no support for fixing the hinges of these (in a recess, an opening in a wall).
